Het onopvallende kantoorgebouw vlakbij de Koninklijke Vlaamse Schouwburg in hartje Brussel werd in 2019 omgebouwd tot een woontoren met studio’s en appartementen. The Cosmopolitan heet het gloednieuwe project. Bogdan & Van Broeck tekenden de plannen.
