De ‘Abbatoirs’ van Anderlecht zijn een unicum in Europa. Naast de historische slachthuishal van 1888 is de vleesindustrie nog steeds prominent aanwezig, met in zijn zog een voedingsmarkt, feestzalen en nog veel meer. Terwijl andere hoofdsteden ‘vuile’ industrie verbannen, breidt ze hier zelfs uit. De ‘Foodmet’ van ORG was de eerste stap in een groot toekomstplan.
